The Conch Cabana

I contacted Vacasa, the property management firm, via text regarding 3 issues – 1. Ants coming out of an outlet in the bathroom – recommendation was to spray them. Found spray and traps in a cabinet, so this apparently has been an ongoing problem. I was able to resolve the problem by doing more than they suggested. 2. A shower head leaked spraying water above shower curtain rod on to the floor – recommendation was to “adjust the pressure for the shower”. The shower head is not properly installed. 3. NEST A/C thermostat problem – we did not have the access code and it was very cold in the property. Local Property Manager was contacted. She followed up immediately and had a HVAC person come to the property and set the thermostat. Another heads up - the TV does not have cable services or over the air service - only a couple of streaming services.
