Chose the resort due to ocean view and access. The sand and ocean access were not clean and management didnt appear to care about customer experience. Dirty towels and trash were not picked up in the sand/lounge area in the three days we stayed at the resort. Stacie was great when we arrived and checked on us each morning when she was working!

Billing policies are unconvincing hidden cost. I find offensive. Resort view of the ocean fantastic. Breakfast crew tricky I’ve never paid five dollars to upgrade from toast to a bagel. Not the end of the world just I don’t like tricky and yes, I paid the extra five bucks. I booked my first night through Expedia and came up with a different net price on arrival, I ordered two queen beds. I got one queen bed and a couch not cool.

There are no services. Just a room. Kept in good condition. No beach or ocean swimming. Breakfast is atrocious. Staff would rather you just not go. Front desk was great. Especially Stacy. Quiet. New ownership and improvements. Should make a world of difference.

Everything was perfect. Accommodated our late flight this late check in. Room was cool when we walked in which was very nice after a very humid night drive. Easy to access for parking, and the beach view was amazing. Didn’t get up early enough for breakfast and were always out too late for the dinner at the restaurant but it looked nice lol.
