ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. YES! There is No Extra charge to dock your PRIVATELY owned Boat. No Rental Boats. We can also provide Trailer Storage upon request. One Boat/Watercraft Per Home.
2. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT BOATS! **If you are bringing a personally owned boat, we need to know at the time of booking so we can assign dock slip*** No rentals without additional permission from Dock manager.
3. Due to insurance limitations, RENTAL BOAT slips are an extra fee but can be set up on request. Ask for approved rental co.
8. Sorry! No Pets/ No Smoking Please! Smoking is prohibited on or near houses including the beach or dock area. You may smoke at the entrance area near the boat dock storage area. Please make sure all cigarettes are fully extinguished and all smoking materials are properly discarded in trash.

Each house has its own private digital key code. You will receive the digital code just before arrival via Text (SMS).
Yes! The Beach area, dock, and tiki hut and amenities are private for guests only. Child safety gate leading to your private beach.
Yes! You have Access to Swimming in gulf water via ladder at dock or rocky shore access.
Yes! Each home has its own Private Pool.
Yes, Tiki hut, beach and dock is a common area. All other amenities are at your private home.
Yes! Great fishing 🎣 right off the dock.
10. Yes! We can book multiple homes. All homes have the same floorplan and have lots of space. Please contact management directly for details.

If you would like to book a boat rental or water excursion, contact us in advance for exclusive to Keys Cove Guests referral pricing and to have a Great water experience. You can park up to 4 regular size automobiles under your house. (no trailers of any kind or high tops) There is NO RV parking at any time. This is a city ordinance, and the city will issue a ticket.
BOAT/JETSKI DOCKING AND TRAILER STORAGE:
If you have not already done so, please notify us if you are bringing a watercraft and the size of the craft so we can assign you an appropriate dock space based on length and hull (first come-first serve unless notified). Please contact us in advance for trailer storage information and parking details as the Florida Keys is very restrictive.
Please be careful when parking your trailer to leave room for other guests to park their trailers.
You can launch your boat or jet ski on 33rd Street Gulf. This public launch ramp is only 1/3 mile from Keys Cove and very easy to access. There is a boat launch payment kiosk.

Transportation:
We are located at Mile Marker 48 on 23rd St.Gulf directly on the Gulf of America. You can access our location by flying directly into Key West International Airport (EYW) ✈ and driving 48 miles North. You may want to research the Discounts on Airlines, Breeze, Allegiant, as it provides inexpensive flight options. Delta, Jet Blue and American Airlines are larger carriers in Key West.
Miami International Airport (MIA) ✈ is 2.5 hours South via Rental Car or Bus Transportation is also available from Miami Airport provided by Greyhound or try Keys Shuttle services. Other Close-by Airports include Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) ✈and West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) ✈.
