The listing is very accurate. The salt water pool was great and fishing was good. There is a bait freezer on the side of the home which was an unexpected bonus. Not included were any floaties for the pool so we did have to purchase one. We tucked in up under the kayaks so hopefully the next few guests get to benefit from it. The cleaning people leave the spices in the cabinet but remove everything from the fridge. Some VRBOs have a "pay it forward" approach (e.g., if we leave a few beers and condiments in the fridge, they'll leave them for the next guest) - this is not one of those places.The home included 2 kayaks but we didn't end up using them because the water access is not ideal for entering a kayak. You would have to push it off the ledge into the water then climb down a ladder to enter it. This was almost appealing at high tide, but certainly not at low.For being a "cozy home" (which it is! They aren't lying there! ), the space was comfortable for 2 adults and a 6 year old boy. The sofa and chair were comfortable, but the beds were quite firm, IMO. There were plenty of extra blankets though! There is a broom and dustpan in the laundry room, which is nice, but I would really recommend adding a cordless vacuum (they're only like 80 on Amazon).Overall: nice place, great location, great pool, great sunrises, easy check in/out. 10/10 because it's exactly as described and was clean, but we likely won't stay here next time due to personal preferences.
