General condition of room was poor. Broken furniture, very uncomfortable mattresses, peeling paint, mold, no electrical outlets near bed nightstand. TV remote would not work. Sliding door to deck in need of repair. Bathroom window in need of repair. Only positives: nice water view, friendly at check in, good communication via text and email about reservation.

The staff and ease of being at this property was wonderful. Needs more maintenance to buildings and grounds, however they are in the process of remodeling and getting better. Overall stay is worth the price and was normal. College dorm room vibes.

room was really clean and smelled nice when we walked in, the balcony had a beautiful view of the water, AC was great, the room was nice and cool the whole time, nice pool and grill, area had a lot of tarpon for those who like to fish, there was a food truck right outside which was so convenient and delicious. 10/10 would return another time.

Very outdated resort and room furnishings. Turf on balcony unsecured left debris into room every time enter/exited, a/c not cooling room properly, ran out of toilet paper before check out, they never checked on us for clean towels or trash removal, my 33 year old son fell down front steps and injured himself, back legs and hand. It us all on camera. The front desk individual was rude an abrasive when we were checking out. A lesson in customer service would do her and your resort good. I would never recommend anyone to choose this location.

Room smelled like mold. Had to leave due to smell as it led to congestion and difficulty breathing. Used coffee pods displayed as new. Pictures on website definitely does not reflect reality of the place. Wouldn't recommend.

We booked two rooms to celebrate an adult family birthday. One room, apartment style, had a full, though old, kitchen. The other had a kitchenette. The whole facility is old, and there is nothing fancy about the furnishings, though the beds were quite comfortable and the shower was great. Our weekend centered around boating and fishing and it worked out perfectly to have our boat docked right outside of our room. Also we were able to have our little dog with us for $25 per night which was a much better price than most resorts in the area. We fixed lunches in our room and ate dinners out at the local restaurants. The best part of the setup was the boat and docking convenience.
