We had the best time on our stay. The room was larger than expected with a full size fridge and kitchen. We had a great view from the great white room and our boat rental was right out back. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My husband and I have been here 4 times in the past twelve months. It is always amazing here. Peaceful at night with great views. The staff and maids are so welcoming!! This is our number one vacation spot because of how great the property and people are! Best spot in the keys!!!

Captain Pips was great for my family’s needs while in the keys. Our room backed up to the dock which my kids loved fishing from. It was easy to find, parking wasn’t an issue and the room was clean.The front desk staff was kind and helpful!

Really quaint old fashioned dock side setting and accomodation. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. Great bed and beautiful view. Helpful staff and friendly- good recommendations for food. Only initial disappointment is there is building work currently happening out the front of the property which we weren’t aware of but no disturbance from it.
