Friendly staff and great hot breakfast The hot tub was not hot for the first few days and desk person didn’t seem concerned but when I finally caught maintenance, it was tested and turned up. While sitting in the pool area I watch a woman creeping around outside trying to peer into the windows on the first floor. One of them being mine with my son inside. We just kept the shades down and window locked, and all was well.

The room was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice to have as an option. Only complaint is I did choose this hotel and pay a little more than elsewhere because it had a pool and hot tub. The pool was quite chilly / maybe just because the air temperature in the pool room was also quite cool? And the hot tub must have been barely 100 degrees so not much better.

The staff was nice. The pool and hot tub were gross. Not clean. We were really disappointed as we were so looking forward to having a hot tub and swim after games and there was gross things floating in them and they just look disgusting. The kitchenette in the room would only bring a pot of water to warm so it took an hour to cook spaghetti noodles at lukewarm and they ended up soggy. I was there for four days and had 10 hockey games so it was really hard to feed my kids without going out.

Every morning breakfast was overrun by kids from a hockey team, they pushed into get things and dominated the waffle bar. It was like living in a playground the kids were every where, the staff tried to contain the situation but the parents came to speak with her all 5 parents where firing their opinions on the situation not letting the employee speak. Meanwhile I felt like I was living under a playground constantly the kids were running screaming, the breakfast was dominated by the kids with the parents not caring what was going on. I was not even able to use the pool as there was kids screaming, I had no place to relax, the staff did exemplary work to try a rain in what was going on. It was the worst experience I have ever had!
