room was comfortable & clean, staff were excellent. The VIP was closed, had issues with reservations and they change the menu for 2 kids and made Quesadilla did not want to prepare the fish that they order, it was my birthday and it was a nightmare of dinner (Mediterranean), there's no entertainment. Only on Friday night they had music, kids activities were closed. They need more entertainment. The beach was nice, nice pool (pool was a little dirty) and there's a kids pool.

Our receptionist was awesome made our check in super fast and made us feel right at home. Also answered all of our questions super friendly and professional. This is my 3rd time coming back to las hadas. All of the employees are super nice and willing to help. Food was amazing tacos bar, los delfines fod was so delicious.

Un bonito lugar donde todo el personal es súper amable , la comida es típica mexicana con excelente sabor la playa es tranquila sin vendedores que te estén molestando todas las instalaciones muy limpias al lado de mi cuarto estaban trabajando en pintar el cuarto y en mi habitación estaba un olor muy fuerte hablé a recepción pidiendo otra habitación y tuve la suerte que me dieron una habitación mucho mejor con alberca privada y una terraza súper amplia, contenta de haber escogido ese hotel sobre todos los demás Gracias a todos los empleados de LAS HADAS BY BRISAS por hacernos sentir en casa
