The property location is good but it is deteriorating significantly. The room walls are chipped and chunks of stucco are missing. Outdoor seating is old and Brocken down. Railing needs attention and can break if leaning on it. Dangerous scenario. Golf course needs a lot of work and single price needs to be in place. Caddies are not very knowledgeable and do not do much other than cleaning clubs that do not need cleaning. Frustrating experience that is costly and not worth the experience. It is too bad that the property and golf course could be great but greed and lack of upkeep are not to par. It is also too expensive and much rather visit another location for my next vacation. Not worth the money.

The room was clean with an excelent bed, the service in all areas very good and the food is very good; but there are areas that really need maintenance such as the sand at the beach, the furniture at the beach and around the pool; there are leaks in the showers, the buildings need painting, etc etc. Even though my stay was nice and could enjoy and rest.

Originally built as a five star resort, but showing its age a bit. It is still elegant and I highly recommend it. Most rooms are in very good condition, with only minor maintenance issues. The pools and landscaping are beautiful and well maintained. Service is excellent in all departments.

Property is huge and has alot of activities fishing ,water activities outside of the property, Golfing the road to get there from the main street is horrible. Has 3 restaurant options limited hours and limited options. Beautiful property but it has its years and has some things that were not working in my room. Great place to not wonder if you want to wander around not recommended has 2 pools . Great for a family .
