Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint is that if you don’t get the all inclusive, you can’t use the minibar fridge that’s in your room. It’s locked & if you want to use it they will charge you, even if you don’t consume the beverages that are already in there. That was inconvenient.

Overpricing! experienced an unforeseen additional charge during my recent check-in. My Expedia booking specified a room for four guests (three adults, one junior), but the assigned room type accommodated only two adults. This discrepancy necessitated an immediate extra payment upon arrival, which was not indicated in my original booking confirmation.

The resort it self was clean enough and the staff was helpful once you asked for help! They are definitely not pro active. The resort it self is OLD to say the least. It is run down to the point of dangerous especially in the pool area. The handles in the pools are barely hanging on and the tile is broken on a lot of parts of the pools. The lounge chairs are gross, dirty, and old. If you leave the resort which you will have to because there is not much to do just know you will come back to a very dangerously dark resort. Take a flashlight because you will not be able to see where you are going and it can be dangerous on the stairs. The resort needs up keep.I would definitely recommend not going unless you absolutely want to visit that part of Mexico.
