Overall we were very disappointed with the stay at the resort. The main highway was closed but instead of cancelling we decided to go the long route. When we arrived at 530 pm our cabin didn'thavr power. We asked to be moved to another room but the front desk said we had to wait. We waited until 1130 pm and still had no power. The resort didn't check on us or offer any alternatives. We called the front desk multiple times but no one answered. We finally got a hold of someone at the front desk and they agreed to move us into another cabin at around 1130 pm. It's understandable that there were issues with the party but they didn't offer us anything and we waited over 6 hours.

The room was clean, but had an odor. We did bought our dogs with us and requested a pet friendly room, so I can understand where the odor came from. The bar was a nice option for dinner plan, specifically if you don’t have kids travelling with you. The breakfast was alright, and the toast was a bit freezer burn.

Great mini vacation away from the city! Great base for outdoor activities. Cabin had all I needed for a "simple life". The store had a good variety of basics (though I brought most of what I needed), and the restaurant is a good amenity. Will definitely recommend!

The staff were amazing, the bathroom was spotless, even the shower curtain, which many people forget, was immaculate. The food in the pub was wonderful... I loved the games at the hostel... everything was wonderful, clean, and the scenery was wild and beautiful.
