The A/C wasn't functioning properly so I contacted the staff on 8/20/25. The morning manager was very helpful and admitted it was not working properly. She said she'd try a few things to get it right, but if it wasn't working properly to let the desk know after 4:00 p.m. when the maintenance person arrived. I contacted the desk at 5:00 p.m. to let them know the A/C was still not working. The first person said "they're supposed to work that way". I notified her of my conversation with the morning manager. She walked away and another woman arrives at the desk. I told her the whole story and she said the A/C was fine. I told her it was not. She walked to the office, never to return. Very poor customer service

Fine!

It’s a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly service. I was given a wheelchair accessible room (I do not use a wheelchair), which meant the shower was small and cramped as a walk-in. Hard to keep the bathroom floor from flooding. I don’t mind the “change linens every 3 days” policy but 1) there’s no reason why the bed can’t be made and 2) they should provide ample space to hang up wet towels. One hook ain’t it.
