Needs a lot of improvement

Even though the most of the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself isn’t. The “suite” is on a low floor, no air of any kind. Need to open the windows which it is very noisy. There’s no pool even though it’s advertised there is one. Only a jacuzzi that you can only use 1 hour a day. Not enough electric outlets in the rooms to charge devices at once. Put the Do Not Disturb on door and made comes knocking asking if you’ll be leaving. What’s the point of putting the sign up if they ignore it. The touch-less elevator doesn’t understand when speaking Spanish or English. Definitely not worth 500.000 pesos a night. Note to mgmt update amenities or lower your rates.

his place over charge. I have a reservation and they charged me over a 150 thousand dollar more plus they charge me for my 5 year old to sleep with m9m and dad i separate 2 rooms also i ask for a king size bed they say yes we going to give you the king size 5 minutes later they give me a 2 single beds horrible breakfast for the price of the hotel i will never visit this place again
