The staff was very helpful. The common areas like the dining room, reception and hallways were clean. There was a strong curry scent in the hotel at all hours during the two nights that I stayed. The room that I was assigned was on the first floor facing the street and it seemed that it was accessible for individuals with mobility issues. Although the room was ample, with a double and a twin bed, it was in desperate need for renovations. The false ceiling tiles and the floor tiles were very worn. One of the two drains in the shower were clogged. At one point, I noticed an insect that resembled a roach in the room and I brought it to the attention of the front desk. The street noise was high from people outside the hotel, especially at night. There is a bus stop just outside the room. I had to sleep with noise-cancelling earbuds. Overall, it offers affordable lodging within walking distance to the Paseo de Milan area, with good service. Perhaps the other rooms may be in better condition and away from street noise.

Great Hotel for the money

This place was in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and even went as far as finding me transportation to Pereira because that was where I flew out of. The bed was comfortable and the fridge in the room came in handy. You can’t beat this room in terms of location and comfort at this price.
