I moved from a deluxe twin room to a suite cause some family members visited and stayed with us. All the staff were very personable attending to you and helping us out. From the front desk: Tin, Christine, Cherry, Sarah, Zy, Cedrick, Aaron, housekeeper Eric on the 9th floor they are all outstanding! Receptionists are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable on things when you ask something Security Guards- Helpful, Courteous and Friendly. Hotel is very clean. My negative comments: air conditioning a little noisy; TV minimal tv shows in English; found cockroaches in my room but hotel sent pesticide asap. No face towels and hand towels provided.

There was no tea in the room and when I requested for 1 they said they dont give out tea, even when there was a sign saying free complimentary coffee and tea. Its was noisy and dusty due to maintenance works and the jacuzzi wasnt working, in which staff said it hasnt been working for almost 1 year. The corridors also smelled damp.
