I booked this hotel for my mum as one of my birthday presents. Upon arrival, the staff were already rude and non attentive. They had told my mum that they can’t see her on their reservation list, my mum had to ring me to confirm and when I tried to speak to them they said it’s all okay. My mun had just flown and travelled hours just to be treated like that!! Absolutely horrendous costumer service. Additionally, the place isn’t how they advertised it in their photos. I will atach photos of the actual hotel. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked this hotel, and will never ever book again! Staff needed training on how to perform their hospitality role.

The window seal didn’t close in our room so we could hear all the cars / bikes / ambulances. Which in Manila was a lot! They left a pair of underpants from the previous guest hanging in our bathroom! At morning breakfast, they played “the best of TikTok” music really loud at 7am. It was like sitting in an arcade.

Rooms were big. Plenty of space for the luggage. But wall were a bit thin, can hear coughing from the other room. Location is ok if your intent is to go to the samsung theater. But otherwise its on the edge of the cbd.
