This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our one week stay and will be back. I love their soft pillows and covers giving me a good night sleep. Very friendly staff especially Michael who was always around to assist. Although our air-conditioner is a bit noisy, and bathroom takes time to drain, still I would give this hotel two thumbs up!
