Beautiful and elegant

A lovely, historic hotel with luxurious features and attentive staff. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the convenient location to Rizal Park and the National Museums. Quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is average. The breakfast is overpriced for what is offered. The staff are prompt in responding to calls and requests. The room on the 6th floor has unreliable air conditioning - it was fixed promptly when I reported it, but the issue resurfaced shortly after. I didn't inform the staff again as I was busy with work. The water quality is good, but I'm not a fan of the low ceilings or the eerie flickering bathroom light. The hotel also has a musty smell, reminiscent of an old haunted house.
