Surprisingly very satisfied...enjoyed the massage in the hotel spa and price was incredibly cheap! Acorss the street is a beautiful church, the Minor Basilica of St Lorenzo Ruiz; Ongpin St boasting of souvenir shops and famous Chinese food restaurants you should not miss; and the plaza across the church was where the Chinese New Year was celebrated. Service was excellent, room and bedsheets very clean and air con comfortably cool. Hot Shower was available. Only downside is the noise from a fighting couple next door but that did not prevent me from having a good sleep. Definitely recommend this hotel room if you are looking for a budget hotel right in the center of Chinatown’s food and shopping center.

Hotel needs to fumigate

The staff was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately my room was infested with cockroaches.. there were many of them. Specially in the bathroom. Which of course made my stay very unpleasant. Also the pictures shown are not updated which led me to book this hotel, but when I arrived was shocked to see the reality. Unfortunately I have 2 more reservations in this hotel in a future date, which are “non cancelable” and I will not use it, as I don’t want to be where there are cockroaches, I hope the hotel will cancel and refund me or I will have to leave 2 more negative feedbacks.
