Keep up the great work !

We are so pleased with our stay In Holiday Inn Galleria. We enjoyed the comfortable king size beds for our family of four. I just wish the pillows are firmer The housekeeping is great, the front desk stuff is very helpful and also the concierge are awesome. The buffet is also great. A variety of different dishes from breakfast to brunch. Zachary help us a lot and very accommodating. I think he deserves a raise/bonus. We also like the fact the it's connected to the mall. Very convenient. We are definitely going to come back and stay here next time we go back home again for vacation. I will highly recommend this Hotel to our friends and family that are going home for a visit. So bye for now until we go home again next time hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for being such a great place to stay and relax.

Only good thing of holiday Inn is location next to Robinson that easy to find restaurants. My room didn’t clean well and no replenishment of Tea bags, Toiletries, empty box of facial tissue also. First 2 days don’t want complaint. I decided to complaint on the third day because I need housekeeping to replace me the facial tissue. I showed the reception the photo that glass water no clean, toothbrush no replace, hair dryer no wrap,…just say sorry.

Ended up staying only one night after flight changes. Room was clean enough but was expecting a bit more for a Holiday Inn. It smelled like wet socks at the lobby. Room was big enough for our family. Bathroom amenities was available. Free breakfast was nice with so many options. Staff was courteous and quick to respond.

I was given a room with a nice welcome fruit platter and donuts and nice bed decor however it was not for me, the card said another name. I had a long night and I did want to rest but the staff was very apologetic and when requested to move to another room, they were prompt. The hotel is a little old with that smell. It definitely needs upgrade. The best thing about this hotel is being attached to the mall.
