Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean . Smelled like new carpet was installed as well. Love the coffee and tea available in lobby. Room has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer and ironing board. I also Love the wonderful Asian restaurant right next door!

This is the worst hotel I've ever patronized. Instead of a greeting, upon check-in I was wordlessly thrusted a form to fill out to list my name and other reservation information. Once I made it to my assigned room, I found an inescapable and pervasive odor that stuck to my clothing even the next day. The bed was lumpy and smelled strongly of "old people", and the pillows were yellowed and smelled even worse. The bed itself was made as if housekeeping had been through the room, but had no comforter or fitted sheet- leaving me just a fleece throw and the flat sheet over a bare mattress protector. When I pulled back the fleece blanket to climb into bed, I found it was pre-filled with countless prior occupants' body hair. I elected to sleep on top of the bed, using bath towels as blankets. To compensate I tried to turn the heat on, but the heater smelled intolerably strongly of burning hair and I had to turn it back off. The sink and counter area was still obviously smeared from use by prior occupants. The television worked and the shower was hot, so credit where credit is due. I'll harbor no machinations about the cleanliness of the shower, however.

It was a great experience. our room was on ground floor and parking was at the front of your door very convenient. Definitely recommend this place will stay again in future whenever possible in new york.

Low Rent

I wouldn't stay there again. Hauling bags up two flights of stairs was not a pleasure and the road noise from Northern Blvd was so loud it sounded like the window was open. That reception was behind glass should have been my first clue. The bathroom and bed were clean but I was glad I had shower shoes for the ancient carpeting. I won't procrastinate about making hotel reservations again.

The hotel attendant was rude during check-in the room was so small you had to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door and if you did not close the door you couldn't reach the toilet paper it was behind the door the room and area look to be newly painted but paint was slopped all over the counters and floor. It was on a main street and the noise was all night long I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again

Basic and clean motel.

We had no problems. We needed a room for overnight so we could get to an early appointment the next morning. This is a very basic hotel from the lobby to the room. Very smple room. No food available or even within walking distance except for a Chinese restaurant next door. Nothing interesting near by. The room was very clean and staff was very polite. This seems to be a place to stay when you need to be nearby for a business meeting or to be near to the large hospital or many doctor offices. Had a lot of parking which was one of the reasons we chose it.
