Charming apartment with terrace, in a residence with shared swimming pool, just 500 metres from the beach.



The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, access via French doors leads to the porch and private garden furnished with outdoor table and chairs. Finally, the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and complete with all facilities completes the layout.



*The Residence Pool is seasonal and is open from 15 June to 15 September. Below are the opening hours and days:



- from 1 to 15 June: weekends and public holidays only from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30;

- from 16 June to 15 September every day from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30;

- from 16 to 30 September weekends only from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30.



The use of a swimming cap is required.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi region and in the hinterland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hilltop overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Orientated Nature Reserve of the Rocca and the Sasso, from where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Valerio Catullo airport in Verona which is only 50 minutes' drive away and from Desenzano del Garda train station, just 20 minutes' drive away.
