Villa Meri Star: new opening and very close to the beach

Located in Manerba del Garda, just a few steps from the beautiful Spiaggia della Romantica beach, Residence Villa Meri is a modern and elegant residential complex, inaugurated in April 2021 and consisting of eight apartments.



The Star apartment is located on the first floor and features welcoming interiors, beautiful exposed white wooden beams and a lovely covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It is the perfect spot to start your day with breakfast, enjoy lunch outdoors or spend a pleasant evening.



The apartment consists of:



Living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Two bedrooms, each with a double bed.

Bathroom with shower.

Private covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and toaster.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.



The apartment is located on the first floor and features a sloping ceiling with distinctive exposed white wooden beams. Due to the roof structure, ceiling heights vary throughout the apartment. In particular, some areas of the bedrooms have lower-than-standard ceiling heights. We kindly recommend looking carefully at the photos, which clearly show this distinctive feature of the accommodation.





Guests have access to a beautiful infinity swimming pool, surrounded by a sunbathing area and a shared garden.



Each apartment has its own sunbathing equipment, consisting of three folding sun loungers and one rocking chair, which can be used in the pool area.



Additional shared facilities include:



Communal barbecue area.

Shared laundry room with washing machine.

One reserved outdoor parking space per apartment.

For safety reasons, the residence does not provide parasols due to the possibility of sudden strong gusts of wind. Guests are welcome to bring their own if they wish.





One of the greatest advantages of Residence Villa Meri is its convenient location.



The beautiful Spiaggia della Romantica beach is just a few steps away and can easily be reached on foot, allowing you to enjoy the lake without needing to use your car.



Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and local dining options are also located nearby, offering plenty of opportunities to discover the flavours of the region.



Manerba del Garda is also an excellent starting point for exploring the most beautiful places around Lake Garda. You can visit Salò, Gardone Riviera, Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda, explore the Rocca di Manerba Nature Reserve or enjoy a boat trip on the lake.



The famous theme parks Gardaland, Movieland and CanevaWorld are located approximately 35 km away. At check-in, you can ask us for information about the possible availability of discounted tickets.



Important Information

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests in total, including infants and babies.

Additional guests exceeding the maximum capacity of four people are strictly not permitted, even temporarily.

Tourist tax: €1.60 per person per day.

Charging electric vehicles using the apartment's domestic electricity supply is strictly prohibited.

Parasols are not provided by the residence.
