Villa in pure Art Nouveau style, on two levels, surrounded by a park with centuries-old trees and private swimming pool.
A few steps from Lake Como and close to all necessary services.
The villa has a large representative staircase.
The rooms, all spacious and welcoming, are furnished in a modern Italian style. One room has maintained the original furnishings of the beginning of the last century.
The large windows and French windows fill the rooms with light.
Inside the residence you can breathe an atmosphere of relaxed elegance.
Some rooms have a private bathroom, others use shared bathrooms.
Outside in the pool area you can find two bathrooms complete with shower.

Capacity:
The villa can accommodate up to 14 people (17 with extra beds). Possibility to rent the annex at an extra cost for an additional 6 guests. Can be rented from May to mid-October. For information, contact me.
Check-in/out:
Villa Confalonieri is rented preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

Ein unglaubliches schönes historisches Haus in einer tollen, ruhigen und wunderschönen Gegend. Das Check in klappte einwandfrei und auch die Sauberkeit war gegeben. Ich würde jedem Empfehlen dieses Haus für Hochzeiten oder Feiern zu nutzen.

Die Traum-Villa

Die Villa ist einfach überwältigend! Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick! Herzlichen Dank an Stefania und Maria, die unsere Wünsche so erfüllt haben, dass die Feier unvergesslich bleiben wird! Zwei Kritikpunkte: eine WC-Spülung hat nicht funktioniert und eine Decke hat gefehlt, die aber den Gesamteindruck nicht trüben können. Alles war einmalig und faszinierend! Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful time . . . Simple as that.

The property is lovely, the Villa comfortable and dramatic. Kitchen well stocked for large parties. Quieter than some of the nearby towns (i. e., fewer tourists); wonderful Monday market. Just what we wanted. Andrea was there to help when we needed him. Pool fabulous. As noted - a wonderful time.
