The staff were good, polite & helpful. The front desk woman was very pleasant when I arrived, & even brought me a blanket right away at my request. My big complaint, or "caveat" for people is that the floor & walls are very thin. I was woken up at 1 am by the people upstairs above me -- they sounded like they were going to come right thru the ceiling. It took a while for them to quiet down... The pool looked nice, altho' I didn't go out. And the breakfast room had some good offerings for breakfast, as well as 24/7 coffee.

If you are looking for a clean comfortable spot that’s easy on the budget this is it. The staff was extremely friendly. The place is clean and you can see effort is made. It is older and not fancy and there is no elevator but it was definitely worth what it cost.

Very terrible night staying in this hotel first POWER (Electricity) was gone in the middle of the night for an hour and after Fire alarm went off and makes a very uncomfortable noise and sounds and still continues management is waiting for the fire department come to fix it . looks like the fire department coming from different state tacking for ever…….

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was safe and quiet. All the staffs at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and courteous and very helpful. They all went above and beyond in assisting with every little requirements. A big thank you to Vito, who was at front desk when we checked in, Kayleigh (I hope I got her name right, my apologies if I did not) went above and beyond and got my card key enabled when it did not work, and of course Michele Assistant GM very professional. Thank you and hope to come back soon.

The facilities were a bit dated in terms of layout and design, but also very clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and responsive to our few needs. Location was ideal for quickly accessing the numerous regional shopping options. The breakfast buffet was decent and plentiful and comparable to that of other chain motels/hotels.
