This is a 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom, tri-level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 9, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14430.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.

We had a wonderful Christmas; the setting was perfect. It was a white Christmas in a beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped house. We loved that they even paid attention to details for our canine guests. This has been the best experience. 1000% recommended: comfortable beds, spacious rooms, beautiful views, and an excellent location.

Great stay!!!

This condo is beautiful, better than the pictures show! We were all so happy with it, even the dog, haha! The little reading nook was a huge hit, as well as the loft bedroom and the opening to outside from two of the bedrooms. The location of this condo is right near a large open area, and below mountains. You're close to nature and it feels away from the town, but the grocery store is actually just minutes away. And it was extremely clean, everything worked, no weird smells, the beds were comfortable, and the showers hot! We even used the grill on the deck outside of the living room, so convenient. Approx a mile away from Eagle so it was really easy to get on the lifts which is why we came. Walking the dog around the condos, we saw a hawk, a coyote, heard tons of birds in the morning. What a great stay, we'll definitely come back to this spot. Oh and check-in and parking were easy, neighbors friendly.

Amazing house - would book the same house in the future

First time in mammoth and we had great experience. House is huge and all of us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the day of snow rain, you won’t need to go anywhere else but just step outside the house and play in snow. The area is very nice and Vons is just a little over a mile a way. Everybody is very happy. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and it was just enough for all of us to experience the Mammoth.

great condo if you like simple, lots of beds, and beautiful views. if renting during winter, note that parking is not very close to the front of the condo. you do have to walk a bit with all your stuff.
