Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for added privacy, plus there’s a third full bath off the hall. Bedroom 2 includes a desk for a convenient laptop-friendly workspace. You’ll also have in-home laundry (new Electrolux washer/dryer), WiFi with a new modem, and energy-efficient heaters to keep things toasty. Please note the fireplace is not for guest use. This is a walk-up unit with two levels.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit upon check-in. Additional parking beyond this is not guaranteed.
• Stairs: This is a walk-up condo with two levels—stairs are required.
• Fireplace: Not available for guest use.
• WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty at times.
• Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at this property.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: About a 2-minute drive to markets, restaurants, and the Eagle Express lift; a short walk to ski shuttle stop 48; right next to the bike path. Within roughly 5 minutes of parks (Mammoth Creek Park, Shady Rest), the Town Loop Path, Volcom Brothers Skatepark, Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl, the seasonal Community Ice Rink/CRC, Minaret Village (Vons), The Village at Mammoth, and shops along Main St/Old Mammoth Rd.
