Good condo for small group, beds were comfortable and water pressure/temp of the showers were great. Negatives that make this place a ‘No” for me again, are the strong smell of mold and mildew in the downstairs vanity area. It’s in the walls by the sink and the solution was to paint over it. The mold is seeping through the paint and the smell is strong. Gross. Also when I showered downstairs the paint around the shower head filled with water, the size of a balloon. The paint in the shower is cracked and peeling enough so that you don’t want to use the shower. Upstairs bathroom also covered in peeling paint. Lastly, there was absolutely no effort put into having basic, clean, coherent kitchen tools for cooking. The “nonstick” pans are ancient, with the surfaces completely scraped off. Unusable. 500 crappy forks, no knives to cut food with. Coffee maker does not properly work, period. No instructions for the toaster oven, could not figure it out. So when you come up to the mountain, which is an expensive endeavor to begin with, it’s not actually possible to cut down on cost by cooking in the condo. This actually felt like the owner is hostile to renting the property. These people are tightwads who are happy to charge guests as much as possible without the basic decency to provide a working coffee pot and pans that won’t pollute your food with eroded nonstick particles. Seems really hostile. Don’t stay here.
