Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When I got to the hotel they had advised there were no rooms available which made no sense because the app allowed me to book and they also pre authorized my bank account , they assured me that they would not take the payment only for me to confirm as of yesterday they debited a total of 160 CDN despite the fact they turned me away a clear case of fraud here and I am working alongside customer service to retrieve the money they stole from my account
