It´s a bright apartment located in the heart of Malaga, in the noble Barrio de la Victoria. Just a short walk from major tourist attractions such as the Alcazaba, Gibralfaro Castle, the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, Plaza de la Merced, and Picasso's birthplace, it allows you to explore the city without a car and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Located on a quiet pedestrian street, in a small Andalusian-style building, with two beautiful, light-filled balconies. All services are within easy reach (buses, taxis, supermarkets, traditional restaurants, etc.).

It features one spacious bedroom with a balcony, built-in wardrobe, and a work area so you can stay connected if needed; one bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped separate kitchen, a large living-dining room with a beautiful balcony and an Italian-designed sofa bed, where the light shines in unrelentingly. The modern, practical, and simple decor is suitable for the most discerning. When you look out from any of the balconies, you'll be immersed in nature. To the north, you can see the green slopes of the mountain overlooking Gibralfaro Castle. Central air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi are available. Maximum capacity for 4 people.

On this famous Calle Agua, where we are located, you will find your first archaeological site: the Funerary Mosque. Steeped in history, Calle Agua belongs to the noble Barrio de la Victoria, a hub for Málaga's Holy Week and the city's culinary richness. If you're interested in the sea and the beach, you can walk to the famous Malagueta Beach (10 minutes). However, we recommend making a mandatory stop on Calle Alcazabilla for a drink at PIMPI and a view of the ALCAZABA. Or enjoy the international atmosphere of Plaza de la Merced, where you can have your photo taken with Picasso :)

As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:

⭐ We offer Wi-Fi 🛜 💻and air conditioning (hot/cold) 🥶 🥵.

⭐ The beds will be made 🛏️, and we’ll provide one set of towels 🛁(shower and hand towel) for all registered guests.

⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).

⭐ Check-in ⏰is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂, and check-outis until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.

⭐ SPECIAL REQUESTS ⭐

At CLEF Málaga, we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we offer help with a range of extra services (ask for rates). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance:

⏰ Early check-in and late check-out: subject to request and availability.

🧹 🧼 Extra cleaning during your stay: includes sheet and towel change. The cost will be the same as the final cleaning fee in your reservation.

Various: excursions 🎫, taxis 🚕, bicycle rentals 🚴, etc. Prices will be quoted by each provider prior to booking.

⭐ ADDITIONAL RULES ⭐

In all CLEF Málagaapartments, we require compliance with the following rules:

🚬 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please do not throw cigarette butts out the window. If a neighbor’s awning is damaged, we may file a claim.

🐶 Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized. If authorized, additional costs per pet and stay will apply.

🥳 Parties and events are not allowed.

🗣️ Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the apartment.

At Clef Málaga, we value coexistence and respect 🌍. To maintain good relationships with neighbors in the building and the community, please be kind and considerate.

Access to the building and apartment must always be with appropriate clothing, dry, and free of beach sand 👚 👕.

⭐ GENERAL INFORMATION OF INTEREST ⭐

External works or noise:This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not ours. We are not responsible for neighbor noise or unannounced construction work beyond our control.

Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).

Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.

Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.
