Charming two-bedroom apartment with huge rooftop terrace located in the heart of the historic district in a trendy neighborhood right next to the famous Plaza de la Merced.



This entirely renovated apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and plenty of closet space, the other one with two single beds, ideal for four guests.



The apartment mixes traditional Spanish architecture with high ceilings and wooden floor, with contemporary Scandinavian design.



The fully-equipped modern kitchen opens onto a bright dining and living room area with views over a picturesque street in this upcoming art district.



The enormous roof terrace features two separate areas, both with comfortable outdoors furniture, one area for al-fresco dining and the other one to rest or to sunbathe on its comfortable lounge chairs.



The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building and is only accessible through stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

A wonderful stay in a stylish & comfortable apartment!

This apartment was extremely well equipped and stylishly furnished! The location was ideal - very much in the centre of things but very quiet. The rooftop terrace was amazing - two different seating areas, plus sun loungers and a top notch BBQ. The sunsets were amazing over the city skyline. The check in process was super smooth and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and Solaga!!
