Amazing location. The building can be seen for miles which also helps. Very impressed with the room and it represented great value. Exceeded expectations for the price paid. The breakfast wasn’t very extensive but was good for always being included. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel and staff.

What a brilliant stay; all starting with being given an upgrade to a gorgeous room, overlooking the harbour and sea. Got to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in, some of the facilities are top quality. Would love to come back

Great central hotel and the perfect place to see Malaga’s famous Christmas lights. We upgraded to a junior suite and could enjoy the light show from our balcony. The only issue I would raise was that none of the rooms with twin beds had views and in the junior suite the second bed was a pullout sofa.

Excellent location and very nice and modern rooms. Unfortunately very unsafe check-in procedure where personnel right down and file all credit card details.. on top of having the electronic (safe) posnet pre-approval for guarantee purposes. When brought up the concern, staff just said the (un)famous.. ‘It’s the procedure..’

Staff decidedly indifferent. At checkin we asked about breakfast. Staff said it would be served on the 7th floor. Next morning we’re told breakfast is fully booked and not available. Wouldn’t it be part of staff’s job to ask arriving guests if they want to reserve for breakfast?

Unsafe handling of credit card details

If you are looking for a hotel where they write down your credit card information on a piece of paper and store it in their reception, this is the hotel for you. If you like the sound of elevators every time another hotel guest use it, this is a great location. If you want to have the sensation that someone opens the door to your room when another guest enters their own room, this is the place to be. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know, but if you’re not bothered by the risk of credit card scam and don’t like the feeling of being alone at a hotel this is heaven.

Disappointing

Location of hotel is perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants, water, and historic sites. Hotel staff was not very helpful, and didn’t really seem to care to ensure that we had a great stay, nor did they ask at checkout if everything was okay during our stay. Exception to staff indifference was LUCAS the bartender on the 7th floor, he was friendly, listened and made my husband and me the most amazing cocktails!! And cared enough to come and confirm that we liked what he made! As to the room, it was a nice room, lots of space..just missing some of the basic hotel amenities (facial tissue, wash clothes, shower cap, slippers/robe)..comforts that you would expect from a ‘boutique’ hotel. All in all…location great…but no service.
