Central location but disrupted sleep

I rarely leave negative reviews but this time unfortunately I felt compelled to. The biggest issue was the paper thin walls - which meant you heard everything - people coming back at night, talking as they entered the building, doors slamming, chairs moving etc. The property was clean. The bed was comfortable and the location is central. Good variety of utilities in the apartment. However given the level of noise during the night and someone pressed all room intercomm buttons at 3am because they didn't have a key - the level of comfort was not of a good standard. Comms before we arrived was great with clear instructions, however when we arrived, the window had been left open and there was a cockroach in the room and many mosquitoes. This is not the fault of the landlord of course, but the experience added to our disappointment. I wouldn't stay here again - and we will be back to Malaga as the city was fantastic!

Good Stay. The communication with the host was great. The location of the property coudn´t be better if you want to be in the center of the city and with a lot of action around. The apartment was good. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were not that clean. They only have one set of key and it was an inconvenience bc I was with my parents and we had different plans and time to come back to the apartment. Overall, The stay was good.

No se puede dormir en toda la noche debido a los ruidos de los bares de alrededor. No hay armarios para guardar la ropa. El baño no tiene ventilación y es súper incómodo y la limpieza deja que desear. Tapicerías sucias y plato de ducha también

À éviter

Vraiment très décevant. L'isolation phonique est inexistante. On a l'impression de vivre dans la rue. Nous avons dû déserter la chambre et dormir sur le canapé-lit du salon en calfeutrant les portes. Si on appelle ça dormir. Appartement mal conçu sans espace de rangement et dont le mobilier tombe passablement en morceaux. Seul la propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Bien trop cher.

Buen sitio, con algún detalle más estaría mejor.

La Plaza de la Merced es un sitio magnífico por su ubicación y los apartamentos están bien ,pero están mal rematadas ciertas cosas que podrían proporcionar comodidad al huésped como falta de armarios compensados con un burrito pequeño apenas sin perchas, televisión sin señal con canales desordenados, falta de jaboneras en baño y ducha, dar solo 1 toalla de manos, y arreglar mampara ducha. En resumen ,con algún detallito y algo de mantenimiento por el precio que se paga, creo que sería lo justo ,gracias.

Très bien situé et près des attraits touristiques à voir. Tranquillité et sécurité. Manque un peu d’équipements pour la cuisine mais on peut se débrouiller avec ce qu’il y a.
