Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Lovely guy allowed early access to store luggage and expedite check in, carried heavy suitcase up two big flights of stairs as no lift. Only downside was only shower cubicle broken with no door so flooded bathroom.Asked for extra bath mat or towels as it was dangerous, these did not arrive.
