Minutes away from several breweries and the new DuGaren Vineyards. Easy access to downtown Charlotte and it's many attractions. Less than 15 minutes away from the new Mountain Creek Park boasting almost 20 miles of hiking and biking trails. Within 10 minutes of several Marinas offering boat, jet ski, and paddle board rentals. This spot truly has the best of both worlds. Escape from the hustle & bustle and just relax in the country setting, get out & bike, hike, boat or eat, drink and play. The option is yours at the Cozy Sunset Cottage.
