We had a great stay! We checked in fairly late, upon checking in our plans had changed and the front staff was really great about switching our room to something that fit our changes, and upgraded us. Everything was great, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Water pressure was great and water was hot! The pool was currently closed for renovations

Room was not ready at check in. Check in started at.3, room.still.wasnt ready at 3:30 when I arrived. Front desk blamed it on a staffing shortage. Keyless entey was not available so I had to check in at the desk anyway. Not the end of the world, but they seemed a little unorganized.
