Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Ikke meget hjælp ved fejl

Vi bookede en bolig angivet som egnet til 7 voksne, men blev ved ankomst mødt af en lejlighed med kun to senge og en børnekøjeseng – fuldstændig utilstrækkeligt til formålet. Trods gentagne henvendelser blev der ikke tilbudt en reel løsning. Den eneste reaktion var en madras og ikke andet. Supporten fra Hotels.com virkede venlig, men passiv, og vi blev efterladt med indtrykket af, at ansvaret blev skubbet videre uden handling – på trods af den tydelige fejl i boligbeskrivelsen. Vi forventede mere fra en platform som Hotels.com og er skuffede over manglen på konkret hjælp og ansvarstagen i en situation, der påvirker både komfort og præstation i en international konkurrence.
