There was , honestly, very little that I enjoyed about this hotel. The room was beyond tiny and very uncomfortable with no place to put even one piece of luggage, and the shower was almost impossible to get into if you were over 6" or 180lbs. The hotel, technically, had a view of the lake, but it was up on a hill and across a road and train tracks so, it wasn't exactly "on the lake."
My biggest grievance was that I had arranged to have my travel documents mailed to the hotel for when we arrived and I called to make sure that this was possible, and again to let them know that they were in the mail and gave the approximate delivery date. When we arrived, we were told that they didn't receive anything and that it must have been delivered to their PO Box, which only one person had access to, and that person was out of town for the duration of our stay. There was little care and no accountability on the part of the hotel for the upheaval and stress that this oversight caused us (and we never did get access to our documents).
Even if everything else was perfect, which it was far from, I would never stay here again due to the complete disregard and poor service on the part of the management.
