Wipe up any spills or obvious messes (such as crumbs, dirt, or food).
Place all garbage into the bear-safe bins
Return wagons to the office/boutique area
Ensure the fire is fully out (cold to touch)
Do not leave any food, wrappers, or garbage outdoors – wildlife safety is a priority
Zip all tent doors and windows closed
Ensure the solar lantern and any provided items are off and remain inside the tent
Failure to complete basic cleaning may result in a cleaning charge.

Our property is in a natural, forested environment.
High winds, falling branches, and natural elements are always a possibility
Guests must be aware of changing conditions
If winds exceed 50–55 km/hr, you may be advised to vacate the tent until it is safe
