Good spot to stay in when first visiting Madrid, we did have issues with the shower where the water wasn’t completely going down the drain which caused the room to flood every time we showered we had to make sure the water pressure was low each time.

Beautiful from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the Spa, to the rooftop pool & lounge. The staff, also equally as beautiful, is so kind, helpful and attentive. Very conveniently located. Walking distance to many stores and a variety of delicious eateries. When a car was needed most destinations were less than 15 min away.

The staff here is so amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The location? You can't pick a better location in Madrid. The rooftop pool is a must for those hot summer days, but the spa pool is also nice for those chill days. We will be back for sure.
