We appreciated the location slightly outside the central hustle, which made for a much quieter and safer stay. Being right across from the Retiro Park was fantastic for families. The room itself was standard and clean, though not a memorable feature of the stay. The staff, however, were notably friendly and attentive.

Overall a good stay in Madrid !

Hotel was in a brilliant location, directly opposite the Retiro Park and all within walking distance of shops, sights and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside we thought was the hotel room, could do with a bit of sprucing up, although comfortable, the room was uninviting, a bit dull and shabby to look at.

We booked junior suite which was very spacious for our family of 4 with two adult kids. We had a bedroom, bunk bes, dining table and sofa in the room with a huge balcony facing the park. Dining was okay and needed to walk about 20 min to get good option but the place was very nice and quite.
