The apartments are located in the Plaza Mayor, so they’re surrounded by all kinds of amenities: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and more. In this very square, you’ll also find a Tourist Information Center where you can get information and plan the best way to explore the city. The San Miguel Market, where you can enjoy Madrid-style tapas and cuisine, is also just a few meters away.

It’s very easy to get around, whether on foot—since all the points of interest are close to the accommodation—or by metro and bus. The nearest metro station is Sol (lines 1, 2, 3, and Renfe Cercanías), and throughout the area (La Latina, Ópera, Sol, etc.), you’ll also find various bus routes that will make it easy to get around the city. There is also a public parking lot in Plaza Mayor.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. so that our cleaning service can enter.

Parties and events: not permitted. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
Occupancy: Only the people listed on the reservation (including minors) may stay.
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace, if available.
Wi-Fi: Internet use is the guest’s responsibility.

Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times, especially in common areas.

🧹 Check-out and caring for the space

Please leave the apartment tidy: kitchen organized, utensils clean, and trash removed.
Any damage or loss of keys may be charged to the guest.
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
