Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Aufzug in einem guten Wohnviertel von Madrid. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Soweit ist alles vorhanden. Etwas mehr Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck und eine Kaffeemaschine wären von Vorteil. Das Internet in der Wohnung war ok. Die Geschwindigkeit für Netflix oder ähnliches leider zu gering. Sehr gut ist die Ubahn-Anbindung. 5 Min. Zu Fuss bis "Cuatro Caminos". Supermärkte und viele Restsurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer mit dem Auto anreist: In den unmittelbaren Strassen ist nur Anwohnerparken bzw. mit Parkschein bis max. 2 Stunden erlaubt. Danach muss das Fahrzeug weggefahren bzw. umgesetzt werden. Eine Verlängerung des Parkscheins ist nicht erlaubt.
