Fantastic apartment right on Madrid’s Gran Vía! This spacious and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of the city, ensuring you’ll have an unbeatable stay in Madrid. It’s perfect for adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups. It’s very well connected by metro and bus, though you can also walk to Madrid’s main tourist attractions.

The apartment features all the amenities you need, including air conditioning/ceiling fans, heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV, memory foam mattresses and pillows, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The building has an elevator. We guarantee you a wonderful stay!

The apartment is rented out in its entirety, so you’ll have access to every room in the apartment.

We’ll be available to assist you whenever you need us, via chat or by phone. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about any questions or issues that may arise.

The apartment is located on one of the corners of GRAN VIA, the capital’s main street, so you’ll be surrounded by restaurants, theaters, shops, supermarkets, and more. The location is unbeatable!

There are several public parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as metro and bus stations. The closest metro station is Santo Domingo (Gran Via exit), along with Plaza de España and Callao. The nearest Renfe train station is Sol.

On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. so that our cleaning service can enter.

Not a good experience

They arranged transport from the airport for us, but they didn't show. The office was supposed to be open at 8am, but we finally had to wake someone up at 9am to let us in. The key they gave us to the apt building was the wrong one. The batteries in several remotes were dead. Lots of light bulbs were burnt out (3 out of 4 in one bathroom alone.) These were all minor inconveniences, but the biggest issue was that the power kept going out. The first day it went out about every 20 mins, causing us to reset the circuit breaker each time. To manage the power the rest of our stay, we had to close off non-critical rooms and turn off the A/C units. When we complained, they ensured us that customer service was important to them, yet the did nothing to remediate the situation.
