The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. However, accessing the hotel from the street can be tricky: you have to go up a few steps while holding the glass door open so it doesn't close on you, which is quite awkward if you are carrying more than two bags. Additionally, the elevators are very small and cramped, and the room furniture could use an update. Other than that, everything was fine

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Madrid! The room was bright with patio, and exceptionally clean. Plenty of towels and consumables-in the room. Staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful. A very nice hotel in Madrid near a metro station

A very nice hotel close to metro station and quick access to the center of the city. Great staff and quick check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Room service and cleaning every day. Breakfast was nice buffet, great choice for everyone.
