Very comfortable stay. I love Madrid and this area is nice. Lobby is small, breakfast is good, rooms are nice. Try to not have a room by the elevator (due to the sound). Minor detail: a bright light is shining from the ceiling which is annoying when you want to sleep. I tried covering up but it was too bright. Location and staff are great. I would stay again.

We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again when in Madrid. Impeccably clean. Very nicely decorated. We had two stays here and both rooms had little balconies. The front desk staff was very warm and helpful. The air conditioning could have been a bit cooler but that was only a minor concern and the temperature was acceptable. I had an issue with the physical door handle on the room and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes to fix it. The location is good. It's not a super busy area but has easy access to everything we wanted to see.
