This is not a hotel, even worse than a bed & breakfast. Very disappointing to get this from hotels.com There is no change of towels daily, no daily cleaning of room, even garbage was not collected daily. The building is very old and room is also very old, with worn-out, not clean furniture. Staff were not friendly at all, in fact a bit arrogant to guests with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The location, although near tourist sites, is also in an area where homeless are staying for the night. You do not feel safe walking near the location of the hotel in the evening.

The apartment was a good size with a small balcony area & x2 sets of French doors. As it was very hot in Madrid during our stay the air conditioning was most welcome. The staff working at the facility were helpful and we were reassured by the fact staff were on site 24/7. Noise wasn’t an issue as we knew it would be both noisy and lively due to the apartment being located in the centre of a capital city. Some of the furniture in the apartment is rather worn & dated and would benefit from upgrading, although it didn’t impact our overall stay.

Over the years I have learned to trust Expedia's reviews and ratings of properties, but this time with Mola Suites they were WAY off, this property hardly qualifies for a 2 star rating it houses a hostel in the same building with very shady people, homeless sleeping across the street, very loud at night, rude front desk clerks, we had to move to another property and lost a night (very expensive) do not even consider this "4 star" nightmare, shame on Expedia not to check before giving it an 8.8 rating

The suites on upper floors were great. Spacious, clean, balcony views, superb kitchen facilities. Good air con, good location in heart of city. Bustling noise at night, but no worse than any other capital city!

Excelente ubicación! A pesar de ser en el centro, no se siente el ruido de la calle porque esta muy bien aislado, apto para un buen descanso. El espacio de los apartamentos suites es muy amplio y completo, con cocina completa (menos horno), muchas sabanas, almohadas y cobijas. Muy bien climatizado, con Madrid a 40 grados junca sentimos calor en la habitación.
