Great location Great price You get all the needs met, clean, well organized, safe The room is small, but that’s a given. It has storage space underneath the bed. Kitchen and bathroom are shared, I was able to take a shower easily.

I just wanna stay my daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this Modular Hostel. We arrive early and they took our luggage free of charge. We came back to check in after few hours walking around the area. Shout out to MIKE for helping us and showing us around where to get our basic needs. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. My only concern is the bathroom assigned to our room. The lock is not serving its purpose but other than that we have a very good stay at this place. Affordable and comfortable and close to all places we wanna see. Thank you to the staff and MIKE. Loved our stay here!! Staff was super nice, everything was clean and easy to check in/out. Very safe and secure. Photo are super accurate to what you get. And at such a great price in comparison to other spots. Lockers are bigger than they look in the pictures as well, we were able to fit two carryons, a personal, and a large suitcase in ours.

Located in a busy area of Madrid which is great. I can’t believe though that hostels in Madrid are so expensive. Regarding this property I didn’t care much for the staff because they tended to treat everyone like they were 11 years old like you were disturbing the peace if you were up at 2 am and had to use the bathroom

Found a bed bug in bed before going to bed the first night. There’s nothing the staff could do, no cleaning, no room switch, no compensation, no accountability. Next day staff simply said, “We keep up with our sanitation standards, unfortunately we cannot control who brings in the bed bugs.” They switched us into the room next to the original room; I had to do a thorough check and just could not sleep well the rest of the days.

It wasn’t mentioned in the expedia reservations that the double room has shared bathroom and showers and I was surprised when I checked in. There’s no lock on the shower doors anyone can open it while you’re in! The room and sheets were clean but it needs to clearly be mentioned in English that these are shared bathrooms. With the amount I paid ($180 for a night) I could have booked a better place with private shower and bathroom
