The place is filthy. The staff does not exist. Check in is a nightmare. And they don’t have a place to storage your bags. Do not stay here.

False advertising, the room looked nothing like the pictures, the walls were very dirty, the bathroom walls are made of cardboard, you could hear the other person using the toilet, shower was incredibile small, no fridge available, you can't eat or drink in your room, the safe needed a key which we haven't given, internet didn't work and check in was through a machine that is not easy to use. Worst place I ever stayed. Just don't!!!!

Room didn’t match pictures. Mouldy shower and smell of mould throughout the room. Even the AC unit was blowing a mouldy smell. Unluckily, we didn’t have a great experience mainly because we didn’t get the room we booked for, and I don’t believe that room exists at all. The room pictures are fake .

The checkin process was far too long, No one available to help, when called number given for assistance, No response/help. Once in property room Was clean but basic, needs a lick of paint, was in a good location close to all amenities and metro close by. All was ok except checking in for that reason I would NOT stay here when next in Madrid

Yeah its not bad

It is what it is, the location is brilliant the facilities are reasonable for the price. Good for solo travellers or those who don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room and want to explore the city. The bed was fine, the room was fine the building was maintained.

Room had a very bad smell, the walls were damaged, bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. Thin walls, so it was a bit noisy overnight. Check-in kiosk was confusing for us and other guests, and using the pre-check-out caused us to be locked us out of our room before the appointed time. (Luckily we found maintenance staff to help us out.) Yes, it's a hostel in a good location, but not worth the nightly price IMO.

Smoke smelly room

The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. The head piece of the bed started to vibrate out of nowhere. Extremely noisy. I wouldn't go back there. I recommend everyone to think it twice before coming here.

Loud drunk people will roam the halls screaming from 1AM to 7AM, if you express your discomfort you are going to get insulted, and maybe assaulted, depending on the kind of drunk you encounter. I could not sleep for more than an hour straight. Terrible stay if its thursday to sunday.

Unfortunately this place was way below similar options in Madrid. The room and the wall were extremely dirty and need a renovation. The blanket were clearly not changed between guests, full of hair and stains which was disgusting. I ended up sleeping on my clothes to avoid to touch the bed sheets. Horrible and I won’t recommend, there are lots of other options within the same budget

There is no reception desk staffed by people. You have to communicate by WhatsApp. The first room was terrible and nothing like what was shown in the pics. It was dark with 1 window and 2 separate beds. However, we asked them to swap the room with another that had 2 big doors and natural light. This was accommodated. Would not reccomend this place. Only plus was the price was low.

The check in machine seemed easy until we got to our room and our keycard did not work. We then were stuck waiting for over 30 minutes just trying to contact hotel staff because there was no one on site to help us. The same thing happened the second day of our stay when the keycard stopped working again. One of the bathrooms in our room was also out of service and the other one was so small that the door didn’t fully open. We also found cockroaches in our room.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I e been in Madrid quite a few times. The photos are deceptive and the room was really tiny, the bathroom even more so (we are skim and it was a tight fit!). There is NO receptionist despite the photo that shows a desk with a jets in; check in is with a machine that takes a long time and corks be very confusing. There are no amenities of any sorts. The bathroom door doesn’t move easily and is ridiculously out of adjustment and disrepair. With all the options available in this area, this should be your last one! Not worth the money.
