Great stay on our trip to Madrid. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. It is right in front of Grand Via. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were amazingly clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. Always willing to help us. We will for sure be back when we come back to Madrid. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!!

“The room felt more like staying in a hostel—tiny, very basic, and not what I expected. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and I had to keep the window open all night just to get some cool air. Despite reporting the issue, no maintenance came to check it. Overall, not a comfortable stay.”
