Amazing location and friendly staff, they gave us the biggest room they had available on the top floor at no extra charge and we were within a short walking distance of great food, the Prado and Plaza Mayor.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us with some complicated check-in and services that we needed for our group. The hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced buffet was not bad, especially for the price. Our rooms needed a little bit of spraying up in a bag could’ve been a little bit more comfortable but other than that, the hotel was great.
